At Svenklas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This is why we have a 14-day free returns policy. The return pickup is managed by us and we'll give you a full refund once we receive the product.

Please note that in order to process your return:
- You pack the product back in its original packaging.
- Make sure you are including the dust cover/free gift item. (if any)
- Keep the product in the cardboard box it was shipped in.
What is the product warranty?
We provide a 1 year warranty on all bags and accessories bought from svenklas.com. This warranty includes the repair or replacement of any faulty materials or parts. However, it does not cover damage due to regular wear and tear.
