Would've loved a top-zip to close the bag, rather than the drawstrings.
The additional pocket on the laptop sleeve could've been a bit deeper, to fit the ipad more snugly, rather than jut out at the top.
Bought this bag cause I wanted to buy something premium looking at a good price range, loved this one and since I had heard good reviews, I went for it. And this is worth every rupee. Bag has a lot of space too which is very useful!

Really great quality. Plenty of space to hold my 16" Mac, but not too big as to be bulky. Hits the sweet spot between minimalism and too many pockets. I would suggest more pictures are provided as there are more interior pockets than I was expecting. This is now my go-to bag for air travel.
I looked long and hard for a buy-it-for-life backpack. Wanted something that looks classy and would age well in terms of materials and style, that had enough space with decent pockets, had a water bottle pocket, and comfortable straps. The price is high, but the materials, craftsmanship, customer support, one year warranty, and my plan to have it for many years makes it worth it.
I'm a fan. Bag is gorgeous inside and out. It works well as a laptop bag with enough other space for an iPad, as well as your earbuds, some chargers and a few snacks. If you are looking for a bag you can get on an airplane as your personal item, Hagen is very functional for that. I was initially going to return it due to the high price tag but not anymore.

I bought a beautiful Svenklas Hagen 3 years ago. It has been by far the best backpack I have ever got, very durable, great for anything I needed to do or go to, and very spacious. Always catches people's eyes.
This is my second Svenklas backpack, and I am proud to be carrying another well-crafted bag. I can see how Svenklas has improved the functionality while also maintaining aesthetics and use of quality materials. My first bag lasted over 3 years, so I hope this one lasts as long. Loved the packaging!

The product quality and utility is top notch. However the delivery experience could have been better. Having placed the order on 8th March, the final delivery happened in few days. Delivery location was Gurgaon
The bag is nice and spacious on the inside, however the colour is more close to a maroon than red than it appears in the images. Quality of materials seems okay but not as impressive as expected.

Absolutely loved it! Gifted to a friend. Team was generous enough to add a personal note printed in the package. The strap could have a leather finishing and couple of pen space just like Amber.
