Returns
At Svenklas, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This is why we have a 14 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED FREE RETURN POLICY. If something isn't up to the mark, you have 14 days to return. The return pickup is managed by us and we'll give you a full refund once we receive the product.
- The 14 days are counted from the day you receive the physical product from our logistic partner. If 14 days have gone by since the date you have received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return; the product must be unused, in resalable condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only ask that the products are returned to us clean and with all the tags attached.
- Naturally any defective or faulty products can be returned. Any non-faulty product not in its original condition, i.e. damaged, used, washed, soiled or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
- The 14-day return policy is applicable only to purchases made on svenklas.com. It does not apply to purchases from any other e-commerce platforms or retail stores.
Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging.
Refunds
Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take up to 10-12 working days to credit the refund money to your account once we receive the product.
In case it is taking longer than that, please drop an email to hello@svenklas.com and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Please note that Gift Card cannot be returned once purchased.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@svenklas.com. An amount of INR 300 will be applied for the product exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds for Products Containing Free Gift with Purchase
- If you've received a Free Gift with a purchase and you place a return request for that product/products, then the free gift needs to be sent back to us along with original order item/items for us to be able to give you a full refund.
- In case the Free Gift that you've received is not sent back to us, then the amount equivalent to that product value will be deducted from your total refund value.
- If you've ordered 2 or more than 2 products and decide to return 1 of them, then also the Free Gift has to be sent back to us (in case you've received a Free Gift along with purchase) for us to be able to give you a full refund for the returned order.

Please note that in order to process your return:
- You pack the product back in its original packaging.
- Make sure you are including the dust cover/free gift item. (if any)
- Keep the product in the cardboard box it was shipped in.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Our customer support team is always giving it their best to ensure you have the smoothest experience possible.
You can rest assured that our team is doing everything it can to process your refunds on your returns ASAP. Currently, it takes between 10 to 12 days for your refund request to be processed once we receive the product.
What if I receive a damaged/wrong/incomplete order?
In the situation that you received a damaged/wrong/incomplete order, please make sure to reach out to us within 48 hours of it being delivered. Our team will complete all enquiries with our delivery agents within 7 days of receiving your complaint, and help you out with a quick resolution after.
Make sure you include the following images while submitting your complaint: Shipping label and a quick video of the box and its contents. You will find all the required details on the box or the packaging.
What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
In the situation that you receive a confirmation of the delivery of your order on text, but have not received it, please make sure to reach out to us within 48 hours of you receiving the confirmation text. Our team will complete all enquiries with our delivery agents within 7 working days of receiving your complaint, and help you out with a quick resolution after.
What is the warranty on Svenklas products?
We offer a 1 year worry-free warranty on our products.
The warranty covers the repair or replecement of any defective material or component, and not regular wear and tear.
