HEALTH AND SAFETY
- We are taking extra precaution and sanitizing all products before dispatch.
- In view of COVID-19, our teams have been working from home.
- We're making sure that each of us is monitoring our temperature daily. Every person who touches our package is pre-checked to lower the risk that they might be exposed to COVID-19.
STORAGE
- All of our products are stored in our fully sanitized and protected warehouse and no one apart from Svenklas team is allowed on our premises.
PACKAGING
- When packaging and sending out your products, all of our team members regularly wash their hands, use gloves and wear a mask at all times.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We partner with FedEx, DHL, UPS and Delhivery to deliver our products to our customers in India and around the world. Both shipping partners have updated us with the extra precautions they are putting in place for the health and hygiene standards for their drivers.
It looks like the hard times might get harder before they get better, but we have no doubt that we'll come out of this better, together.
